Exhibition Summary for Members v2

Picture Framing Standards

Hanging & Table Fees:
• £5.00 for up to 4 pieces of work for hanging
• £10.00 for 5 to 8 Pieces of work for hanging
• £5.00 for craft table
• Commission of 15% will be automatically taken from any hanging or browser sold works
• Commission of 15% will be charged for all craft table sales, payable at end of exhibition.

If you intend to exhibit or sell your work, or if you would like to book a craft table, please complete the attached forms and return them with payment no later than Wednesday 22 April noon. All details are included on the forms and Summary.

A successful exhibition depends on the support of our volunteers. This year we’re ensuring that everyone involved receives the appropriate training. Sessions will take place during the week commencing 27 April, as follows:

Monday 27 April at 13:00 – Receivers, Sales Desk & Sales Admin

Tuesday 28 April at 13:00 – Tea Room Training

Wednesday 29 April at 12:30 – Repair Training & Welcome Desk

We are also introducing a tombola at the Welcome Desk this year and would be grateful for your support. If you have any unwanted Christmas gifts, small items, or pieces of artwork you’d be happy to donate, we would greatly appreciate it. Every contribution helps.

Rotas for the Tea Room and Welcome Desk are on the Exhibition wall, please add your names as soon as you know if you are available to volunteer so that we can ensure you are included in the training.
